The star is having a hard time unloading his lavish estate, complete with two-story gym.

 When you've got a wife and four kids, what you need is space. And that's what Mark Wahlberg appears to have plenty of at his gated Beverly Hills mansion, which includes seven bedrooms and a whopping 10 bathrooms spread out over 9,000 square feet.

But "The Fighter" actor is apparently looking for a place that's bigger three times bigger, actually.

And, perhaps unable to find an available property to suit his needs, the 40-year-old and his wife, model Rhea Durham, reportedly bought a six-acre piece of land a couple years back and have recently begun construction on a custom, 30,000-square-foot mega-mansion.
